Terms and Conditions – 3patti Khelo Pakistan Gaming Platform

2. Eligibility

To register and use 3patti Khelo, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of 3patti Khelo or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously had an account on 3patti Khelo that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

3patti Khelo reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed are suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on 3patti Khelo. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth and a valid Pakistani mobile number. This information is used to verify your identity, process withdrawals and contact you regarding your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. 3patti Khelo staff will never ask for your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to access or use your 3patti Khelo account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 3patti Khelo are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply any exchange rate charges.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited instantly. IBFT bank transfers are credited within one to two business hours during banking hours. Visa and Mastercard debit card deposits are credited within minutes. 3patti Khelo does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits; any charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet are the responsibility of the player.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within fifteen minutes. IBFT bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to four business hours on working days. Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, and always to an account or wallet owned by the registered player.

Verification: 3patti Khelo may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above a set threshold or where unusual activity is detected. Requested documents must be submitted within fourteen days. Failure to provide requested verification documents within this period may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to the account balance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

3patti Khelo offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms and conditions which are published alongside the promotion on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device and IP address. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus from a shared environment will result in all claims being voided.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Players who have previously held an account on 3patti Khelo are not eligible for new player offers.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games and expiry period are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held in separate balances. Real money is used and wagered first unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• 3patti Khelo reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed, the terms in place at the time of claiming remain applicable.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate a bonus offer — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance — will result in the bonus being cancelled and any associated winnings being voided.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on 3patti Khelo are provided by licensed third-party software providers including JILI, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, CQ9 and Fachai. Each game has its own rules which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed. Stakes placed in excess of published table limits may be voided without notice.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection or server error — the following applies:

• If a round was in progress and the result was determined before the failure, the result stands and any winnings are credited to the player's account.
• If a round was in progress and the result had not been determined at the point of failure, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance.
• 3patti Khelo maintains game round logs and resolves disputes based on server-side data, not client-side records.

7. Fair Play Policy

3patti Khelo is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and permanent closure:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker and other multi-player games.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Players who discover an error are required to report it to support immediately. Continued exploitation of a known error is treated as fraud.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform to process funds from illegal sources.

3patti Khelo uses automated detection systems to identify suspicious betting patterns. All flagged activity is reviewed by our compliance team. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, winnings may be voided and accounts closed without prior notice. In serious cases, relevant authorities may be notified.

8. Responsible Gaming

3patti Khelo takes the welfare of its players seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, accessible at any time through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and changes to increase a limit take 24 hours to apply.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for a period of your choice from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no marketing communications are sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion is irreversible and takes immediate effect. No re-registration is permitted during the exclusion period.

9. Privacy & Data

In summary, 3patti Khelo collects only the data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions and comply with applicable regulations. 10. Account Suspension & Closure

3patti Khelo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• At the player's own request via the self-exclusion or account closure tools.

Where an account is closed due to player breach, any balance remaining — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed by the platform for non-breach reasons, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within five business days.

11. Limitation of Liability

3patti Khelo provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, the absence of software errors or the continued availability of any specific game or feature.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3patti Khelo's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the value of the funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. 3patti Khelo is not liable for:

• Any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or software conflicts on the player's end.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from the player's own failure to review and understand applicable game rules or promotional terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits 3patti Khelo's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

3patti Khelo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via in-platform notification and email at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you should close your account before the effective date of the change and withdraw any balance.
